Staff members spend most of their time with the elders, engaging with them throughout the day, including eating meals with them.
The expanded role of the versatile worker and the emphasis on respect and staff autonomy have resulted in high job satisfaction at Green House homes. High job satisfaction is directly related to more consistent and informed care to residents.
People working for Concepts in Community Living have also been happier than those working at average senior care facilities. CCL ranks 15th in the nation in overall employee satisfaction (81%) by NRC Health, earning them the “Employee Approved Award.”
